Ordering Information

Can I change or cancel an order after I have placed it?
If the manufacturers have not yet shipped your order, you can request a change or cancel your order by email or on our live chat. Please provide your full name and the exact changes you want to make on your order. You will be notified by email if we are able or not to make theses changes.

When is my order processed?
All orders are processed the same day or the day after according to the ordering time.
With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier. Accordingly, Undies Kingdom shall also not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to you through any third party with whom you arrange for receipt on your behalf after we have made delivery to the address you designate.

What delivery methods are available?
Our Standard Delivery method is via the United States Post Office. For most in-stock items delivered via Standard Delivery within the continental United States you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days of placing your order, depending on your delivery area.

Do you ship internationally?
Undies Kingdom only ships in the USA and Canada.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order online in your account. You are notified by email everytime your order's status changes.
What is a backorder?
Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via email with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our fulfillment center within 30 days.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us to get the return address if you need to return/exchance product(s).
We cannot accept exchanges/returns of opened, used, or worn merchandise unless deemed defective from the manufacturer or from shipment. Defective merchandise will be replaced with the same item only. If incorrect merchandise is shipped in error, we will ship the correct merchandise free of charge, and reimburse for return shipping of the incorrect merchandise. To minimize fraud you may be required to return the incorrect shipment prior to shipment of the replacement. If merchandise is returned to exchange for a different size you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the new shipment. Exchanges must be unworn, and contain all original product packaging and tags.

Exchanges/Returns must be pre-approved by Customer Service, and made within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Refunds for accepted returns will be applied as credit towards future purchases, or to the original payment method only. Refunds issued to credit/debit cards may take up to ten (10) business days to be credited.
